G.E.M. Health Care Agency was started in 1989 with the intent of  providing a service that was notably needed in our   community. As a fledging company, we learned early on that meeting our customers' expectations through the development of quality service, reasonable prices, and on-time delivery would be the keys to our success.  Over the years, we have forged strong bonds with our clients through mutual respect and exceeding    their expectations.

In 2010, we reached a significant milestone in our history by occupying a larger facility and expanding our operations to nearly double that of our 1989 capacity. The expansion enabled us to add more staff to our growing number through our on-site training program that is approved by the New York State Department of Health.  This enables us o meet our industry demand. 

As we continue our growth into the 21st century we do so with the knowledge and appreciation of our clients and employees.
